Business Profile

About Us... The High Wycombe and South Bucks Branch of Cats Protection has been established since 1985, caring for abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens until we can find them new homes. All cats are neutered to prevent further unwanted litters, vaccinated, microchipped, and vet-checked, and have been treated for fleas and worms. All we ask for is an adoption fee of £60 per cat/kitten which helps towards the costs of looking after the cats in our care, and finding them homes so that more cats can be cared for. We do not have an adoption centre - all cats available for adoption are kept at private addresses by volunteer fosterers.

This branch currently covers all areas in Wycombe district and the Chalfonts, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Marlow, Bourne End, Wooburn, Stokenchurch, Amersham, Chesham Bois and Hyde Heath.

More Information... All donations, however large or small, go to help stray, needy and unwanted cats in our branch.

Amazon Wish List
We have set up a Wish List on Amazon, if you'd prefer to donate something tangible for our foster cats.

Just Giving
If you'd like to donate money directly to the branch using a credit or debit card, or Paypal, you can use our Just Giving page.

Easyfundraising
Do you shop with Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S or Argos? You can raise money for our branch whenever you shop with them and 3000 other stores by using Easyfundraising. It won't cost you a penny more and everything you buy will raise money for the branch.

Would you like to become a fosterer?

We desperately need fosterers to look after cats whilst they await new homes.

Do you have space in your garden to house some Cats Protection pens? Do you think you have what it takes to look after a cat temporarily while we try to find a suitable home for it? Pens, food and full support will be provided by Cats Protection.

As a prospective outdoor fosterer you may need to have a concrete base put in your garden - the charity would pay for this as it is to accommodate the pen.

Call or visit our website for more information.
